Peter Ottomas and his family are available with The Sims 2: Seasons expansion pack.

Peter lives with his mother, Dora, his wife Samantha, and their three children, David, Sharla, and Tommy. His wife is pregnant with twins at the start of the game, but due to a bug, Peter is apparently not the father. (This is addressed in the Seasons patch.) He apparently lives in Riverblossom Hills, but the family is in the family bin in each neighborhood. He has the romance aspiration yet, and fortunately for the couple, he seems perfectly content with only Samantha, hinting that the two may be very in love.
