He used to work in Law Enforcement, but this is not reflected in his career history, where he is level 4 in the Education track. He has a romantic interest in Molly Coddle. Phoenix is level 2 in the Logic skill, level 2 in Charisma, and level 3 in Writing. He has a laptop and a copy of "Flo and Her Kenspa" in his inventory. His story is similar to Iqbal Alvi's.
