| Piper has been a part of the town before it was really a town. He hitched a ride aboard a ship across the sea and hunted on the shore before men had built the first building. Piper caught mice at the Goth Manor when the doors were barred. Now the spectral cat stalks spectral prey visible only to him, occasionally taking time to spook a local dog.
