Pippa Rose is a pre-made mailwoman from Appaloosa Plains. She can be made playable by marrying her, or asking her to move in. She doesn't have any skills and relationships at the start of the game. Her male counterpart is Altman Rush.
Many of the neighbourhood dogs dislike Pippa[confirmation needed] (despite her having the Animal Lover trait). This could be a reference towards the common stereotype of dogs hating the mailman/woman in general.
She shares her last name with Tia Rose, a policewoman from Sunset Valley, although they do not appear to be related.
