Poehina Vaianu is a pre-made deceased Sim who resided during her lifetime on Felicity Island, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Castaway Stories. She, along with Anaru Unutea and Piripi Fainga, died in The Forbidden Village due to a gas infection that struck the village. In the Shipwrecked and Single story, when arriving in The Forbidden Village, the protagonist opens the baskets while looking for Chief Fangaloka's sacred drums and discovers the ghosts of Anaru, Poehina and Piripi. They request for their urns to be placed at the altars. Poehina's ghost says death follows the protagonist. After the protagonist fulfills their request, Poehina's ghost joins her ancestors.

• Poehina has the hidden Power aspiration.
• When Poehina's ghost appears in-game, her skin color will be darker and she will wear random clothing from CAS. The latter being the result of having no clothing data in her character file. Also, her portrait will change accordingly.
• Although she appears as a female elder, the game recognizes Poehina as a male adult when viewed in SimPE.
• In many languages she is mistakenly known as Timothy Deppiesse.
