She is very poor, having around 350 simoleons in funds. Her home consists of the basic necessities (bed, toilet, shower, fridge, stove), but they are all the cheapest of their kind and the only entertainment she can find in her home is from her cheap bookshelf. She wears an old, faded, shabby coat and cheap flip-flops. She holds a part-time job at Bookstore.
Polly is said to have issues finding friends. However, she is friends with Harry Marks and Matty Crewe, and distant friends with Buster Round and the local maid, Delicia Hoover. She has 1 point in Guitar skill. Polly also happens to be the poorest Sim in Bridgeport.
Her high-rise home's description states that the high-rise was built by the wealthy Maloney family, but they disappeared after newer real estate developers overshadowed them and sent them into bankruptcy. It is also mentioned that there is still one Maloney residing somewhere in the building, which is revealed to be Polly, who lives in the basement.
