Delicia Hoover is a pre-made maid who resides in Bridgeport, the neighborhood that ships with The Sims 3: Late Night. She is recognizable at her bright orange and yellow clothing and pigtails. She is distant friends with Polly Maloney, but besides Polly, she doesn't know anybody else. She and Feng Choo don't have the typical personality of a maid; all other maids in The Sims 3 have the brave, neat, kleptomaniac, and charismatic traits. She is so far the only pre-made evil maid. Oddly, despite being a maid, she has the slob trait, and may not clean the house sometimes if she is hired. The same thing happens with Simon Swift from Barnacle Bay.

She has eight skill points in logic and carries two books in her inventory. Her surname is a possible reference to Hoover vacuum cleaners.
