Rainelle Neengia lived Downtown during her lifetime, presumably in the House of Fallen Trees. She lived there after the death of the original inhabitants, the Tricou Family, and seems to have died on the lot, as she is buried in the garden near Gvaudoin and Fricorith Tricou.
Oddly, Rainelle possesses personality points and basic CAS memories. This shows that she may have originally been meant to be playable.
Rainelle's death was most likely caused by the Tricou ghosts scaring her to death, as her ghost is pink, indicating death by fright. Her eyes are noticeably larger than most Sims', possibly a reference to her death from fright. She wears a dress simmilar to that of Dina Caliente ( PleasantView).
Resurrection tip
This Sim can be brought back to life using in-game mechanics such as the Resurrect-O-Nomitron from The Sims 2 or ambrosia from The Sims 3.
