Curiously, Banana is a name of a fruit that is used in both Portuguese and English languages, and Rico is used in Portuguese, meaning "rich", and is also used in Spanish, meaning "tasty". His name might be a play on "Tasty banana", however to be well written in both languages should be "rica banana" because banana is a feminine word.
