S. Windle Racket

S. Windle Racket was a sim who lived in Twinbrook. He died of Electrocution and is buried in the Ivy Hill Graveyard. He completed his lifetime wish before dying.
He is strongly implied to be one of the relatives of the Racket family, having the Mean-Spirited and Evil traits of the Racket elders, Max and Marigold, and sharing their surname. This is not confirmed, however, since he doesn't appear on their family tree.
Like every deceased sim of Twinbrook, he has a pale green skin.
