Scribonia Capp is the deceased wife of the late Octavius Caesar, and mother of Contessa Capp. She has no memories, skill points, or personality points, like many deceased Sims. Scribonia died as an adult (As opposed to Elder), unlike many 'ancestral' Sims, and is buried at Capp Manor.
Note: Scribonia was an ancient Roman, the second wife of emperor Augustus, and the mother of his only natural child. Her name matches the Capp family cemetery's theme of ancient Romans.
