'''Seth Zaidi''' is a deceased [[repairman]] buried in [[Olive Specter]]'s garden. It is possible that Olive had some part in his death. He shares his surname with [[Brenda Zaidi]], and [[Emmy Zaidi]]. According to the color of his ghost, he died of [[starvation]].
His Sim DNA in [[Package editor#SimPE|SimPE]] states that his hair was blonde before it turned grey. He has the same facial structure as [[Carmen Patch (exterminator)|Carmen Patch]], [[Emmy Zaidi]] and [[Julie Monif]]. According to his age data, he had 101 days left before dying of old age, meaning that he could have had access to [[Elixir of Life]] at some point in his life.
As with many Sims buried on the Specter lot, Seth has a corrupted face. Though unlike the other affected Sims, Seth's face actually ''appears'' normally and without graphical artifacts. One side-effect of the corruption is that he might turn invisible if resurrected as a [[zombie]], as the game is unable to process the necessary changes to his face.
