Simis is the deceased father of Bella Goth and Michael Bachelor. Not much is known about him, as he is only featured in the family trees of his decendents.

In the console version of The Sims, it is said that Bella comes from a family of witches in Magic Town, so it is possible that Simis and his wife, Jocasta, are witches.
