It looks as if Clark has stolen the car and sells it for money, because he's a [[Kleptomaniac]]. His [[lifetime wish]] is to steal many things, Possession is Nine Tenths of the Law.
Clark works at the [[Part-time job#Grocery Store Clerk|Grocery Store]] as a Produce Quality Assessor. He, however, has a bad job performance and if he doesn't do better at work, he might get fired. Both he and Penny works part-time, and Penny also has even worse performance, making their household income at stakes of getting lost.
