Stella Terrano is the only pre-made alien college student. She's studying Physics at La Fiesta Tech. Interestingly, she, along with Pollination Technician 9, is one of the two playable pure Aliens. Because La Fiesta Tech is not neccessarily linked with Strangetown (though it usually is chosen to be by the player), it is possible for her to be played in any neighborhood. The name Stella means star, and so it appears to be very fitting to her< as aliens are thought to live in space with thousands of stars.
