Stormy Miller (née Rogers) is a premade deceased Sim. She is the wife of Chase Miller, the mother of Opal Contrary, and the grandmother of Rick Contrary. Not much is known about her since she is deceased before the start of The Sims 2: FreeTime. According to Opal's memories, she died while Opal was pregnant.
