Stormy Miller (née Rogers) is one of the pre-made deceased ancestral Sims who resided during her lifetime in Desiderata Valley, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: FreeTime. She was the daughter of Rudy and Linda Rogers, the wife of Chase Miller, the mother of Opal Contrary (née Miller), and the grandmother of Rick Contrary.

Stormy is completely resurrectable, even though she doesn't have a grave. She has the Popularity aspiration, and the Pisces zodiac sign. As far as personality, Stormy is quite active and nice, and a little bit neat. But she is quite shy and serious. According to Stormy's SimDNA in SimPE, her hair was blonde before it turned grey. According to her age data, she had 10 days left in the elder life stage when she died.

Stormy uses the 9th and 12th Maxis face templates in Create a Sim. The ears, eyes, and nose use the 9th face template, while the eyebrows, mouth, and jaw use the 12th face template. Also the jaw is longer than on the default face, though it is only longer on teenage, adult, and elder female Sims, which may mean that the jaw was genetically passed down, as this oddity generally only occurs on Sims whose facial features were genetically passed down.

Stormy's SimDNA in SimPE shows that she carries the recessive allele for red hair. Also her dominant skin tone range is for medium skin, even though both her dominant and recessive alleles, as well as her recessive skin tone range, are for tanned skin. According to Opal's memories, Stormy died before Opal got engaged to Edward. Opal's memories also indicate that Stormy died before Chase, even though Stormy has memories of Chase dying, which implies that she was still alive when her husband died.
