Caliente household vs Caliente Family

Here's the basis of this discussion: The Caliente sisters Dina Caliente and Nina Caliente are present in The Sims 2 living together in the Caliente family. But, with the introduction of Barnacle Bay, Dina and Nina have been re-introduced, with a housemate - Luisa Libros. I created a new page for this household - named Caliente household - because the use of the term Caliente family is incorrect when referring to the Barnacle Bay instance of these Sims.

As far as I know, this exact situation; where a family/household's classification changes between games, has never occurred before. This is not like a situation where some families (like the Pleasant family, Landgraab family or Goth family) appear in multiple games, since in these situations, the inhabitants of the household are all members of the family to which their name refers; Luisa Libros of the Caliente household is not related to the other two. Therefore, we don't have much precedent to fall back on regarding this, meaning that I created the Caliente household article because, technically speaking, the household consisting of the Caliente sisters and Luisa Libros is the Caliente Household, not family.
