Door locking in TS2

Thought I might jot some notes down about locking doors in TS2 here:

• On all doors, Sims can lock the door to "Allow Household Only", "Allow Me Only", and "Lock for all Sims".
• In Open for Business, if the lot is a business lot, Sims can lock a door to only allow household members and employees.
• In Bon Voyage, Sims can lock a door at a hotel to "Allow Party Only". They can also set it to "Do Not Disturb" to keep housekeeping out.
• In Apartment Life, Sims can lock a door to disallow lot visitors.

I'm pretty sure door locking wasn't introduced in the Sims 2 base game, because if it had been, I would have discovered it and used it. I'm pretty sure I can remember checking in the base game to see if locking doors was an available option, but it wasn't. ― C.Syde (talk | contribs) 21:42, August 3, 2016 (UTC)
