Character file in SimPE?

Exactly where do you find his character file in the sub-hood Twikkii Island file? I can't find it. Is it hidden? Or is it randomly created like the Wise Old Man? -- C.Syde (talk | contribs) 09:30, September 18, 2014 (UTC)

You may need to attach Twikkii Island to your hood and then have a Sim plunder the Captain's Cabin several times until he comes out. In my experience, that's when the game creates his character file, since there's a lag before he comes out. --k6ka (talk | contribs) 10:28, September 18, 2014 (UTC)

No he isn't. I would have thought so, but it turns out he isn't. He's similar to an object NPC, except that he is only generated once his character in that hood is needed. So The same with the Wise Old Man. -- C.Syde (talk | contribs) 12:57, September 18, 2014 (UTC)

I got one of my Sims to plunder on the ship, and he appeared as soon as they'd plundered the ship once. He currently has the highest NID on the PC that I'm currently using, so yeah he is randomly generated (his aspiration, skills, zodiac sign and interests are also randomized). -- C.Syde (talk | contribs) 09:34, October 7, 2014 (UTC)
