Pausing The Sims 2[edit source]
Pausing the game pauses the television. Sometimes, the sound seems to get disconnected from the video -- I've seen times when it continued for a while after the TV was off. However, pausing the game should pause everything. However, when a Sim uses a clothing rack, sounds continue while the clothes load, even though the game itself is paused. This may have led to the belief that televisions keep going when the game is paused. Dharden (talk) 14:14, December 26, 2012 (UTC)
Adding Descriptions for Sims 3 and Sims 4[edit source]
The Sims 1 and The Sims 2 TV's have descriptions from the game but the Sims 3 and Sims 4 ones do not. Who will add them? Also,the stereos don't have descirprtions from the games. The Genegolst (talk) 21:29, January 8, 2019 (UTC)The Genegolst

The Sims 3[edit source]
1. Can somebody replace the table's layout into more dummy-editor friendly? It's PITA to edit it. 2. Aren't all TVs function as group activity? If so, worth just mentioning it just in the section's ledge. As for silly EA's mistake sic, this could be stated in notes that it's description!=function case.
