- Syntax

- Optional parameters
- All parameters are optional, but do fill in version. It's also bound to be under one of the conditions.
- Version is 2.0, 2.5 or 3.0. None will assume version 1.0
- Attribution is the name of the author. Wiki-code works here, though keep it simple.
