Description
New template for files under the Creative Commons license.
Notes
Puts files in Category:Creative Commons license files.
Syntax

|version     = 
|sa          = 
|attribution = 
}}
Optional parameters
All parameters are optional, but do fill in version. It's also bound to be under one of the conditions.
Version is 2.0, 2.5 or 3.0. None will assume version 1.0
Attribution is the name of the author. Wiki-code works here, though keep it simple.
