Rollback	Open to requests.

This is the page where formal requests for rollback rights can be filed. Rollback rights enable normal users to use a [rollback] button to quickly revert vandalism from history pages. It is particularly useful on The Sims Wiki when an admin is unavailable to take bigger action against vandals. There is no maximum number of rollback users, so if you believe you deserve rollback rights, please do not hesitate to make a request.

Requirements

• Strong history of contributions; quality is more important than quantity
• History of anti-vandalism work - undoing or reporting vandals, or both
• No history of serious blocks due to vandalism or sockpuppetry. Weight will be given to recent history, and good faith should be assumed in making these judgments wherever possible.

Procedures

• Add your name as a subheading under the section "Current Requests" and give a concise explanation (no more than several lines) as to why you deserve and require rollback rights. Please sign your posts.
• Alternatively, another user may also nominate another eligible user for rollback rights. If this is the case, the applicant need only to say they accept the nomination.
  • Even if a nomination was discussed and agreed to on IRC, the applicant should accept the nomination on this page, for the benefit of those who were not on IRC at the time, and those who do not use IRC.
• Other users may or may not have questions. There will be no section for questions if there are no questions. Voting on a rollback request is unnecessary.
• The Bureaucrats will consider your request and make a decision. Please do not get too disappointed if your request is declined. You can always try again later.

Hello, I am 22a5st. I am a dedicated Sims player and wish to be given rollback. I understand that I have not yet reached the astounding number of 1,000 edits yet, but I can. I know it. I contribute regularly (except for a few instances. But I'm never gone for more than three weeks). I have been playing The Sims since the tender age of 6 (seriously. I played the first Sim game when I was 5 or 6). I love The Sims and it has become a second nature to me. I will not abuse my rollback privileges. I also speak perfect English (and type it, too). Hello, I am Colin and I would like to request for rollback. I may not have an atounding amout of edits, but as you say, quality over quantity. I have undid vandalism many times and I have even been even suggested to apply for rollback by Charlie. Also, I am on the wiki a lot since I have nothing better to do. I hope this passes! Declined - You've only made a handful of edits since your last request with them being blogs, forum posts and semi-automated spell checks. I'm also not entirely convinced you have that much editing experience yet. As said the last three times, please try to get some experience with editing (without semi-automated tools) and how the wiki works before applying again. I believe she is eligible for her rollback rights. I will need the approval from the person in question as well as another bureaucrat to review her contributions. Hi, I would like to be a rollback. I play TS a lot and I'm very active on the wiki, daily I think. I contribute regularly and I have many friends here. I know that I have not much edits nor experience, but I think that I would be a good rollback. I will fight against vandallism and correct any mistakes made on pages. Sorry, but I have to decline your request. You only have 1 edit in the mainspace and no history of undoing vandalism. I know you write fanons too, but you need more experience in editing the mainspace.
