Tina Phillips is a pre-made downtownie in The Sims 2: Nightlife. She can be made playable by adopting her or aging her up and marrying her or asking her to move in. Tina is a C student in public school and is mainly interested in Paranormal, Sports, Entertainment, Animals, and Toys.
Her name is randomized when Downtown is generated; the name "Tina Phillips" is only referenced in the game files.
Like all pre-created downtownie children, Tina has a lifetime want. Her lifetime want is to become Captain Hero. Note that while this is usually a sign of a problem in a neighbourhood, it is normal for a default downtownie child.
