Tobias Bell is one of the pre-made deceased ancestral Sims who resided during his lifetime in Desiderata Valley, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: FreeTime. He was the husband of Edna Bell, the father of Bartholomew Bell, the grandfather of Issac Bell, and the great grandfather of Daniel Bell. Tobias is completely resurrectable, even though he doesn't have a grave. He has the Romance aspiration, and the Taurus zodiac sign.
As far as personality, Tobias is very playful, and a little bit neat and outgoing. But he is quite lazy, and somewhat grouchy. According to Tobias' SimDNA in SimPE, his hair was brown before it turned grey. According to his age data, he had 19 days left in the elder life stage when he died. Tobias' facial structure is almost if not identical to the 12th Maxis face template in Create a Sim. He is the founder of the Bell family.

This Sim can be brought back to life using the Resurrect-O-Nomitron, the genie lamp or an evil witch's spell.
