Troy Fratster is one of the pre-made tourists who resides in the secret sub-neighborhood Exotic Destinations, shipped with The Sims 2: Bon Voyage. He is usually seen while visiting hotels and community lots from foreign destinations. Troy travels with Gary, Johnny and Steven Fratster, but even if they appear to be a family, they aren't related.
Troy has to travel by plane when invited by other Sims. He can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him. Troy has the same facial structure, hairstyle, aspiration, and zodiac sign as Phoenix Almassizadeh. As far as personality, he is very active and nice, and somewhat neat. But Troy is very shy and serious. He is mostly interested in Work.
Strangely, Troy recognizes Hobart Lew, an NPC housekeeper, as his friend. But the Relationship is not mutual, as Hobart has no relation to Troy. He also recognizes Viola Kalson as his mother, and she recognizes him as her son. However this relationship can only be viewed in the game files, as they have no relation to one another when Exotic Destinations is associated with the main neighborhood. The reasons for these relationships are unexplained, but there are a few other Sims from Exotic Destinations that have these sorts of quirks.
