It was a vandalism attack. The user uploaded some REALLY disturbing images (of bloody babies, etc.) while I wasn't online. Luckily DavidMC123 reverted some of it, but not all. Now I need to clean up after the user. I'm going to block them for awhile, I think. Bleeh 12:39, March 29, 2010 (UTC)

Sorry for jumping in on this but I felt that I may as well try to help, seeing as Bleeh is absent at the moment. If what you're referring to dates back to before October 2010, all I can say is that several features were removed when Wikia switched to the new Oasis skin, such as the Shoutbox and the Widgets system. If the sticky notes were included as a widget then sadly I doubt they'll be making a return (I could be wrong so I wouldn't be surprised if Bleeh corrected everything I just said :P). You can however search for a stub article by looking at the stubs category as well as its subcategories. Let me know if you need any help with something.
