Very well then, I took your advice and archived my talk page. :p I agree that it was kinda obvious that they would've announced The Sims 4, even though half of myself still didn't believe it at that time. I didn't exactly recall when or how the previous games were announced / hinted / rumored, as I started playing The Sims 2 since around Apartment Life, and began to put more attention since Ambitions. |

I do think they are a bit rushed in The Sims 4. :/ It only took a few days since their hint to the "big announcement" until their official announcement. They even planned the game some time next year, though it might even be at the end of that year. Hi there. You are welcome to make a wiki that is dedicated to [[The Sims Stories]] (in the same fashion as [[w:c:thesimsmedieval|The Sims Medieval Wiki]] is dedicated to [[The Sims Medieval]]). However, all I can say is that from looking at some traffic reports, [http://www.quantcast.com/sims.wikia.com/traffic/report#summary this report] for TSW shows that we get miles more traffic than in [http://www.quantcast.com/thesimsmedieval.wikia.com/traffic/report#summary this report] for TSMW, meaning that while your wiki may get a few thousand views a day, it's likely to be a lot less than we get here on TSW. :I'll be honest: I suck at making logos. All I can say is that you'll need some software that is capable of creating an image. I'd recommend you download [http://www.gimp.org/ GIMP] as it is much more powerful than Paint and is capable of making a transparant PNG (in case you change the skin colour). If you want to gain editors to your wiki (who can potentially create a logo if you encounter difficulty or you want to hold a logo contest), I think creating a blog would be a good idea to approach that. You can find some GIMP tutorials across the Internet (as I'm not very good with it either :P), in case you get stuck. Once you've got a logo that you're happy with, you can go to the Theme Designer and apply it. It must always be in the PNG format. Regards, {{GGsig}} 20:05, August 5, 2011 (UTC) |

RE: The Sims 4[edit source]
Very well then, I took your advice and archived my talk page. :p I agree that it was kinda obvious that they would've announced The Sims 4, even though half of myself still didn't believe it at that time. I didn't exactly recall when or how the previous games were announced / hinted / rumored, as I started playing The Sims 2 since around Apartment Life, and began to put more attention since Ambitions.
I do think they are a bit rushed in The Sims 4. :/ It only took a few days since their hint to the "big announcement" until their official announcement. They even planned the game some time next year, though it might even be at the end of that year. Hi, how did you solve the Sims login issue with EA? Looks like I also made a Sims account while I made the Origin account.... Now my origin password doesn't want to work on the Sims 3 community :(.
