Create me a wikia bot.

Can someone please make me a bot called monster2821's bot,Since i don't know how it works? Also,is there too many bots?-- Danny (Monster2821) (talk)(random page) 22:09, August 10, 2010 (UTC)Is anyone going to answer my question?-- Danny (Monster2821) (talk)(random page) 23:03, August 10, 2010 (UTC)

Profanity?

Let's just say that there's a reasonable difference of opinion about whether the word in question is profane, especially given the context in which it was used. The same could be said about the word you tried to replace it with. Profane or not, neither one would be appropriate in an article, but as a one-off on a user's talk page from someone who is not in the habit of using profanity, I'm inclined to let it pass.

Even if we didn't disagree on whether the original word is profane, unilaterally changing someone else's talk post like that is putting words in their mouth. If someone goes seriously potty-mouthed on a talk page, I can see removing the post and warning the poster, or at least suggesting that they clean it up and repost. For something like this, talk to the poster, suggest that they might want to find a different phrase, but don't take it on yourself to change it. Dharden (talk) 22:14, August 13, 2010 (UTC) I thought no matter what profanity isn't allowed, and I'm sorry.-- Danny (Monster2821) (talk)(random page) 22:58, August 13, 2010 (UTC)

I reworded my sentence on Dharden's talk page, thank you for bringing it to my attention. However I do think you could be more friendly in your notification, especially due to the fact that the word used in the way it was used, it not an explicit profanity. Furthermore as Dharden pointed out, I am not prone to such language and this is my first time offense and I am also an administrator. There is no need to point out our policies. A more simple and friendlier toned message other than "I ban u next time" would be preferred. Writing a customized, rude and badly worded warning to a fellow administrator is not the best possible conduct. Official warnings where a ban is imminent should always be from the templates and as you may already have figured out, I do not think this particular case deserves a warning in the first place. A simple and friendly notification would have sufficed. Duskey(talk) 14:40, August 14, 2010 (UTC)

Sorry,and i'll remember the 2 warning templates: {{warning}} and {{warning2*}}.-- Danny (Monster2821) (talk)(random page) 16:40, August 14, 2010 (UTC)

Absent

I'm not "back," I just have some free time and an internet connection at the moment. I might be able to jump on tomorrow too, but after that I'll probably be really inactive until September. -- Patrick (LostInRiverview) (talk)(blog)(random page) 01:43, August 23, 2010 (UTC)

Replying on talk pages

Hey Monster. I've noticed you add your comments directly after the next user on talk pages like this: Hi how are you? User 1 (talk) I'm fine. User 2 (talk)

You should use a colon : to indent your comment like this:

Hi how are you? User 1 (talk)
:I'm fine. User 2 (talk)

Gives:

Hi how are you? User 1 (talk)

I'm fine. User 2 (talk)

Hope that's a good example :) Duskey(talk) 14:06, August 23, 2010 (UTC)

Sorry, but I'm also impatient but you have been much more impatient when it comes to the bureaucrat requests and I usually don't make pression to other people when they don't answer, so I don't say I'm super impateint because you are even more >=C . Sorry but I get offended easily. ---Guilherme Guerreiro 08:47, September 19, 2010 (UTC)
