Using {{Simbio4}} templates

Hi Kai 12. Please note that {{Simbio4}} templates are only for Sims that appear in The Sims 4 and at least one other game. If the Sim only appears in The Sims 4, {{Sim4}} should be used instead. Thanks, —k6ka 🍁 (Talk · Contributions) 11:39, June 17, 2017 (UTC)

Oh, sorry. I'm new to this wiki, so I didn't know. However, it should be noted that the sim4 template is buggy, and does not show certain things, like the grades for Sims in grade school or high school. - Kai 12 (talk) 11:45, June 17, 2017 (UTC)
That's alright. As for the bug you mentioned, could you link to a page that has this problem? I may look into the bug when I have time. —k6ka 🍁 (Talk · Contributions) 11:48, June 17, 2017 (UTC)
When I see the page for Elsa Bjergsen, for example, I cannot see her grade in the infobox, although the data is there. - Kai 12 (talk) 11:51, June 17, 2017 (UTC)
I've fixed the bug (Was a pretty simple fix too!). Someone forgot to set the grade parameter for {{Sim4}}; it was just a matter of adding it in. Thanks for letting me know. —k6ka 🍁 (Talk · Contributions) 11:54, June 17, 2017 (UTC)
Sure, no problem. Thanks for fixing it. - Kai 12 (talk) 11:57, June 17, 2017 (UTC)

Just a note about adding information about Sim's skills

Just thought I'd point out that it's unnecessary to state if a Sim has no skills. If a Sim has no skills, it's better not to include any skill information altogether. ― C.Syde (talk | contribs) 21:30, June 18, 2017 (UTC)

It's just that I thought including nothing at all will make it seem like the data just doesn't exist in the wiki, i.e. the wiki doesn't know anything about it. Writing "no skills" makes it clear that it is known for a fact that the said sim doesn't have any skills. But I'll stop anyway if you say so. - Kai 12 (talk) 02:07, June 19, 2017 (UTC)
Well, no one's actually addressed it from that perspective before. Since we've always not included information where the Sims have no skills. It probably would be best to not continue adding that the Sims have no skills, although it would be a good idea to bring the issue up on a talk page. ― C.Syde (talk | contribs) 02:46, June 19, 2017 (UTC)
Okay, I won't do it any more. Thanks for letting me know. - Kai 12 (talk) 04:14, June 19, 2017 (UTC)

RE: New Template for Jobs

Use whatever name you feel works best :) —k6ka 🍁 (Talk · Contributions) 17:55, June 23, 2017 (UTC)

Capitalization in titles

Per your recent page move, note that on The Sims Wiki, titles should be written in sentence case, which means that letters should be written in lowercase unless it's always capitalized or if it's the first letter in a sentence. See The Sims Wiki:Manual of Style § Naming conventions. Hence, we write Skydiving simulator instead of "Skydiving Simulator", or Bubble bar instead of "Bubble Bar". —k6ka 🍁 (Talk · Contributions) 13:49, June 27, 2017 (UTC)
