Tip on Copying from other Wikis

If you want to copy information from another wiki, click the 'Edit page' link and copy directly from there. That way you can copy formatting and references links as well as text. (Just leave the page without saving). You can also add {{Wikipedia}} to the bottom of the article here which adds a link to the article (and its history) at Wikipedia. -- a_morris 23:31, 12 December 2008 (UTC)

Glamour Life

Stop re-adding the 'Pleasantview Tattler' subsection. I'm sure you mean well, but this isn't notable enough to be featured in the main pack's article. Please at the very least move it into the main Pleasantview Article so that people can contribute to the information and insert it into context with the rest of the article.

It's highly unlikely that anyone looking for information about Glamour Life is going to be interested in the exploits of the Characters of Pleasantview. --Mr Montmorency 11:40, 13 December 2008 (UTC)

Wiki Tips

1. PREVIEW YOUR EDITS!!! before saving
2. Remove unnecessary characters and white space at the beginning of a line, otherwise Wiki markup will not to work
3. Use "Undo" to revert a previous edit to an article. Click on "History" then click on undo for the last edit.

When you made your edits to The Sims 3 you should have used "Undo". Instead you copied the "diff" preview text which adds "-" to the beginning of each line. This caused the Wiki markup for the heading "External Links" as well as the bullet points to be displayed incorrectly.

The Sims 3 neighborhood name

I was wondering where you heard the name of the neighborhood for The Sims 3 was Sunrise Valley? I could find no official source online. It seems unlikely that they would change the name at this late date. --a_morris (talk) 20:55, 20 January 2009 (UTC)

John 22 has been blocked and I have restored the pages he edited. Remember to use the undo function from the page history to revert vandalism instead of blanking the page.

I also noticed that you vandalized his user page. If you must leave a message on a vandals talk page. If someone is doing something they know is wrong, insulting them over it is likely to make them vandalize more, just to get that reaction. Will everybody quit changing my bio i got rid of it for a good reason. I shouldnt of put it up there in the first place. I got rid of it cause people were vandliseing it so stop putting it up there

Simpe

I got them from a program called Simpe its for The Sims 2 not for the Sims 1 though, Its easy to use all I did was download it first, then open it up, go to tools neighborhood browser,

There, a long category pick the one that say's Sim Description, Pick a sim you want to use click on the name icon on the top to change it to alphabetical order if you need to find a sim your looking for.

After that theres all the information for the sim you need, go all the way to the end and click on the last icon and open up SimBio something like that. It,l open up the list of words but in a different page click on the one that says Jpg,png. And thts how i got it here a download for the program

Pleasant Family

Will Jeff Pleasant and Diane Pleasant really appear in The Sims 3? Because in The Sims. Jeff and Diane are about the same age as Mortimer and Bella. Mortimer and Bella are going to be children in The Sims 3, so wouldn't Jeff and Diane be children as well? Random Ranaun 21:49, 24 March 2009 (UTC)

Not really because they have diffrent age groups. Im sure you've already seen this but go to The Sims 3 section And look at the diffrent age groups on that section. they might have longer lives than Bella or Mortimer Goth.

Isn't Jeff n Diane had 2 children in The Sims, but Mortimer n Bella just had Cassandra. It means Jeff n Diane are older than Mortimer n Bella.

Yes, but even Gunther and Cornelia are adults. It is impossible, in real life Morty and Bella are perhaps in their 30's or early 40's and Jeff and Diane were in their 50's ,well Jeff was. And it is impossible that Daniel was already born in that time! And Morty and Bella didn't JUST had Cassandra. I think she's about the same age as Jennifer. Oh yeah btw how do you know Agnes Crumplebottom is Mrs. Crumplebottom. There is lots of reasons. Well Kaylynn Lankerak is in the game confirmed by edenstlye and in the Sims 2 she was an adult so that could mean in real life she was forty five or in that area and in the sims 3 she is a child. And in The Sims 2 Mary Sue Plesant and Daniel Pleasant were about towards elders, so that would mean he and mary sue are toddlers. And if you saw the Takin Candy trailer you can see that the guy making out with the maid is Tamina Zaverez looks like Jeff Pleasent. And towards the end of the trailer the first toddler you see looks just like Daniel Pleasent as if he was a toddler and the red hair gave it away. Its all in the ages

As for Mrs. Crumplebottom being Agnes Crumplebottom. Well why is the sky is blue and why is the grass green. Its all in the research, You get the research and confirm it. I dont tell lies Everything i say is true and confirmed. Ok. But I don't think Jeff is that old, I mean he is coopie old in the heist. If Daniel was a toddler in The Sims 3 then in The Sims he should be an adult. I think he was meant to be a teen in The Sims but seeing that there are no teens in The Sims he's a kid. As for Mrs. C, I have no more disagreements. I have no insider info about The Sims 3 or any other game. I am just a normal player/fan. I do try to provide cites when I add information. I have no idea where others get theirs nor can I verify its validity. It is wiki policy to assume good faith. Pleasants

About the Pleasants, I think it's just plain weird. Jocasta Bachelor was pregnant with Michael, and Diane Pleasant is pregnant with Jennifer. But then in The Sims, Jennifer would be an adult. Oh its not trouble at all. Although sometimes you got to give me break like sometimes im out with my friends or at my grandmas you know doing other stuff while i cant get to simpe. Because it has to do with Mysims and there already is a wiki for Mysims so we dont need it. We deleted Mysims a long time ago, It is just too much room to keep up with. We already disscussed along time ago.

Herb and Coral Oldie

Random Ranaun TALK - 18:45, 19 April 2009 (UTC) Do you believe that Coral and Herb are adults in The Sims 3, because their ages don't add up. If I remember correctly, at the beginning of the game, Herb was 57 (3) and Coral was 55 (1). The Sims 3 is going back about 50 years, so wouldn't Herb and Coral be children?
