Wanda Tinker (née Zarubin) lives in Bluewater Village with her spouse, Stephen, and her daughter, Melody. She is a skilled toy maker and has her eyes set on starting a home-run toyshop.
Wanda has more skills at making toys than both her husband and daughter combined, though she does not have a toy making talent badge. Wanda is very neat and shy, and the least bit active; she is very nice and playful.
Wanda has no skills whatsoever. She and her husband are very alike in many ways: both she and her husband have bronze sales talent badge, they both want to have kids to continue the home toy shop tradition, and the dream of getting to know her daughter to better help her become an overachiever, and follow her dreams of becoming an artist.
