Arboretum
The Arboretum is a rabbit hole and a community lot featured in The Sims 3: Supernatural. This place held for a gardening competition, which it's open for every 6 hours. Sims can also search for other fairies and fairies can do fairy activities. And Sims can WooHoo if they have a romantic relationship of a Sim in the same lot and adds a chance of contraception of 50% for each of Sim who has the "Magic in the Air" moodlet, from talking a baby's breath.
If a player wants to enter the competition, Sim must have a plant. It takes a short time. And when the competition is finish, depending of the quality of the plant, a notice message will appear, depending if the plant is 1st-10th place and receive simoleons.
When looking inside the Arboretum, only flowers and plant decorations can be seen.

Like in the Vault of Antiquity, Sims can enter a gardening contest inside the Arboretum. The contest begins at 12 PM, and lasts until the contest ends. Virtually, up to 12 contestants compete in the contest. Multiple Sims in the active household can enter the contest together. Fake contestants will be generated by the game only to fill the empty slots to simulate competition rankings.
The contest score is determined by the quality of the plants and its rarity. The higher quality and higher rarity of a plant, the higher the chance of winning. Sims will be awarded money if they earn the 1st to 8th place.
