Armando Mendoza is the husband of Carmen Mendoza, the father of Lisa Ramirez, and the grandfather of Tessa Ramirez. Not much is known about him since he is only mentioned in the family tree of his descendants. According to his daughter's memories, he died after she married to Checo.
