Juan Ramirez (pronunciation in Spanish, correctly with the accent in I.) is one of the pre-made deceased ancestral Sims who resided during his lifetime in Bluewater Village, the shopping district shipped with The Sims 2: Open for Business. He was the husband of Theresa Ramirez, the father of Checo Ramirez, and the grandfather of Tessa Ramirez. Juan has personality points and interests, something not every ancestral Sim has.

He is completely resurrectable, even though he doesn't have a grave. Juan has the Family aspiration, and the Gemini zodiac sign. As far as personality, he is very active and rather outgoing. But he is very grouchy, rather serious, and a little bit sloppy.

According to Juan's SimDNA in SimPE, his hair was brown before it turned grey. According to his age data, he had 14 days left in the elder life stage when he died. Like several other pre-made deceased Sims, Juan has a customized face. He uses a customized version of the 20th Maxis face template in Create a Sim.
