Carmen Mendoza is one of the pre-made deceased ancestral Sims who resided during her lifetime in Bluewater Village, the shopping district shipped with The Sims 2: Open for Business. She was the wife of Armando Mendoza, the mother of Lisa Ramirez, and the grandmother of Tessa Ramirez. Carmen has personality points and interests, something not every ancestral Sim has.

She is completely resurrectable, even though she doesn't have a grave. Carmen has the Romance aspiration, and the Leo zodiac sign. As far as personality, she is extremely outgoing, but also a little bit sloppy, lazy, and serious, as well as being very grouchy.

According to Carmen's SimDNA in SimPE, her hair was black before it turned grey. According to her age data, she had 12 days left in the elder life stage when she died. While Carmen's facial features are very difficult to pin down, they bear some resemblance to the 7th and 18th Maxis face templates in Create a Sim.
