Beginner's Landing is an unoccupied residential lot on Wanmami Island, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Castaway Stories. Like all residential lots, it is not visible on the travel map. It is assumed that this beach is where most castaways first end up. Players tend to find it a beautiful, ambient place. It's difficult to even a flat spot, which can be fixed through Build Mode.
