Belisama Hemlock is the toddler daughter of Morrigan Hemlock and Wogan Hemlock. She is a vampire, like her parents, and the youngest of Bridgeport. She is enemies with Jessica Talon, disgusts William Fangmann, and friends with her parents and Elvira Slayer. Belisama is so far the only pre-made evil toddler, she is also notable for being the only pre-made toddler who has learned all her toddler skills in The Sims Series. She has tan skin as human and pale skin as vampire. Her favorite food is also Tri-Tip Steak, but when she becomes a teen, the hunger need changes to thirst, and her favorite food changes to O-Positive.

Belisama is also unique as when she is aged up to a child, there is a small mark on her lower lip. This is due to her face profile setting. If her parents have anymore children together they will also have this glitch.^{[confirmation needed]}
