Bob Newbie was one of the Pre-Made Sims in The Sims, he and his wife Betty Newbie had just moved into the neighborhood at the start of the game. They are inhabitants of 'Neighborhood 1' and make up the welcome wagon. He is characterized by dingy, greasy clothing and a bald head. Although his and Betty's relationship is not very good, by the time of The Sims 2, Bob and Betty have both passed away but left a daughter to raise her family.
