Canute Beaker is an unplayable Sim from The Sims 2. He is the husband of Gertrude Beaker and they have a son, Bjorn Beaker, and two grandchildren, Erin and Loki. His name (pronounced kah-noot) might be a pun on "Can it," as in keep quiet, or a pun on "Can not." According to his SimDNA in SimPE, Canute's hair was brown before it turned grey.

Though his thumbnail displays him with brown eyes, Canute's genetics are for grey eyes. The reason for this is because he has a corrupted face. According to his age data in SimPE, he had 27 days left in the elder stage when he died.
