Celeste Midlock is one of the pre-made downtownies in The Sims 2: Nightlife. She can be made playable by befriending and asking her to move in, or by marrying her. Celeste's career is randomized at the start of the game, and she is mainly interested in Environment, Culture, Money, Fashion, and Sports. Her name is randomized when Downtown is generated. The name "Celeste Midlock" is only referenced in the game files.
Like most downtownies in The Sims 2, she has a customized facial structure. Celeste's full face and jaw use a customized version of the 1st Maxis face template in Create a Sim, the eyes and nose use a customized version of the 7th face, and the mouth uses a customized version of the 2nd face. The template the eyebrows use is hard to identify, though they bear some resemblance to the 1st, 2nd, or 7th faces.
