Chandler Wolosenko is one of the pre-made townies studying at La Fiesta Tech from The Sims 2: University. He can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him. Chandler has the same facial structure as Quinten McAuley.
His skills and interests are randomized upon loading La Fiesta Tech. It is only referenced in the game files that he has no skills, interests, or major. Chandler's name is randomized when La Fiesta Tech is generated. The name "Chandler Wolosenko" is only referenced in the game files.
Strangely when editing in SimPE, Stella Terrano recognizes Chandler as her love interest, but the relation isn't mutual, as Chandler doesn't even know who Stella is. The reason for this unrequited relation is unexplained, but there are a few other Sims from University that have these sorts of quirks.
