Charlie Sarigar is one of the pre-made deceased ancestral Sims who resided during his lifetime in Belladonna Cove, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Apartment Life. He was the husband of Christine Sarigar, the father of Tazanna Caer (née Sarigar), the grandfather of Olivia Riley (née Caer), and the great-grandfather of Sally Riley. Charlie is completely resurrectable, even though he doesn't have a grave. He has the Popularity aspiration, and the Cancer zodiac sign. As far as personality, Charlie is somewhat neat, active, and nice. But he is quite shy and somewhat serious.
According to Charlie's SimDNA in SimPE, his hair was blond before it turned grey. According to his age data, he had 12 days left in the elder life stage when he died. Charlie's facial structure is almost if not identical to the 15th Maxis face template in Create a Sim. Unlike several other married ancestors from Apartment Life who have memories of their spouses, he only has Mystery Sim memories. However Charlie still has the memory of Tazanna's birth.

This Sim can be brought back to life using the Resurrect-O-Nomitron, the genie lamp or an evil witch's spell.
