Charlie Tang is a member of the Techs from the Magic secret sub-neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Apartment Life. He appears in every neighborhood, being occasional the neighbor of Sims who live in a middle-high apartment. He can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him.

Like all pre-made townies, Charlie's relationships with other townies are usually randomized at the start of the game. He is employed in the Culinary career as a Drive through Clerk at the start of the game. However his career will randomly change to match his social class, when he moves in as a neighbor or is searched as a possible roommate. As far as personality, Charlie is very playful, and a little bit neat and outgoing. But he is quite lazy and somewhat grouchy.

Charlie doesn't have any pre-set skill points, which probably explains why he is still at level 2 of his career. He is mostly interested in Culture and Sports. Charlie has the same facial structure as Ryan Wheeler. Charlie can be seen in one of the photos in the Patel family album. Despite his career and lifetime want, he isn't interested in Food.
