It is implied that Gladys Morse has a crush on him, but the feeling isn't mutual. Instead, he seems to be interested in Maya Riordan, who is in love with Chuck.
The last name Cenzo is derived from a Latin word that means "winner" or "conqueror", possibly referring to him winning the love of Maya Riordan or his competitive personality when it comes to playing sports.
