Clay Bar is one of the pre-made NPC burglars who resides in Four Corners, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Life Stories. The other two burglars are Noelle McCullough and Grant Haggerty. He can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him. Clay has short receding black hair, grey eyes, and tanned skin. He is a Family Sim with the Cancer zodiac sign.

As far as personality, Clay is somewhat neat, a little bit active, and extremely nice. But he is very shy and serious.
