Noelle McCullough is one of the pre-made NPC burglars who resides in Four Corners, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Life Stories. The other two burglars are Grant Haggerty and Clay Bar. She can be made playable by befriending and asking her to move in, or by marrying her. Noelle has short black hair, grey eyes, and dark skin. She is a Knowledge Sim with the Pisces zodiac sign.

As far as personality, Noelle is somewhat outgoing, playful, and nice. But she is extremely sloppy and somewhat lazy. When it comes to Noelle's skill points, she has 2 skill points in the mechanical skill, and 1 in cleaning, but she doesn't have any other skills. She is mostly interested in Fashion and Work. Noelle has the same facial structure as Jessica Ebadi, a fellow burglar that looks identical to Noelle, apart from her eye color.

She shares her last name with Frances McCullough, but there is no evidence that the two of them are related. Despite being a burglar and having the lifetime want to reach the top of the Criminal career, she isn't interested in Crime. Noelle's turn ons/offs are randomized at the start of the game.
