Contessa Arcadia Andrews is one of the pre-made NPC grand vampires in Downtown from The Sims 2: Nightlife. She can be made playable by befriending and asking her to move in, or by marrying her. Arcadia has the same facial structure as Andrea Hogan. Arcadia's SimDNA in SimPE confirms that she had medium skin and green eyes before she became a vampire.

Her name is randomized when Downtown is generated. The name "Contessa Arcadia Andrews" is only referenced in the game files. Even though she has black hair, she has brown eyebrows which indicates that she dyed her hair black. Her SimDNA in SimPE confirms that her natural hair color is brown.

Despite being a Pleasure Sim, Arcadia has the lifetime want to reach the top of the Law Enforcement career. This want makes Arcadia compatible, at least in theory, with a Family or Popularity Sim, though she would have better chemistry with a Romance Sim.
