Pirate Captain Edward Dregg is a male ghost that appears on Twikkii Island in The Sims 2: Bon Voyage and in Buccaneer Cove on Wanmami Island in The Sims Castaway Stories. He comes out of the captain's cabin on the pirate ship after Sims have plundered it several times, and he'll hang around on the ship for a while afterward.
